Acropsopilionidae Roewer, 1923 is a little diverse circum-Antarctic (or Austral) family of Dyspnoi with 3 genera and 20 species.


  • Acropsopilionidae was originally[1] in Dyspnoi.
  • Later transferred to Eupnoi under the synonymy of Caddidae by Shear (1974b)[2].
  • Reinstated in Dyspnoi by Groh & Giribet (2015)[3].
