Beloniscus Thorell, 1891 is a genus in the family Epedanidae (Epedanidae incertae sedis).

Truncus inverse et breviter sub-ovatus, antice sub-truncatus, postice ample rotundatus. Scutum dorsuale sulcis transversis 5 in areas 6 divisum est, quarum prima sive pars cephalothoracica, postice sulco procurvo limitata, area proxime sequenti multo longior est; prima arearum partis abdominalis scuti sulcum medium longitudinalem ostendit. Tuberculum oculorum , versus medium partis cephalothoracicae positum, humile et latissimum est et in duas spinas erectas, unam utrinque, elevatum; etiam area partis abdominalis saltern 2.a spinis vel denti bus 2 est armata; segmentum liberum dorsuale 3.m spina vel dente medio munitum est. Mandibularum art. 1." a basi ad apicem sensim modice incrassatus. Lobus maxillaris pedum 2.i paris distinctus, sulco a coxa sua limitatus. Palpi sat longi et fortes, spinis (plerisque longis et fortibus) armati : 4 in utroque margine partis tibialis, fere 5 in marginibus partis tarsalis. Pedes breviores, sat graciles. Coxae 4.i paris sub-ovatae, mediocres, magis retro directaé, et fulcro cum ventre conjunctae ; interdum (m) trochanters 4.i paris valde longi sunt et apice subter in calcar longum producti. Tarsi posteriores scopula carent ; articulus eorum ultimus apice integer est, non incisus. Tarsi 1.' paris ex ... 7 ..., 2.i paris ex ... 17-20 ..., 3.ii et 4.i parium ex ... 6-7 ... articulis constant.
