Goniosomatinae Mello-Leitão, 1935 is a subfamily of robust, yet long-legged gonyleptids, endemic from Brazil. They mostly inhabit rocky outcrops in the close vicinity of water bodies, and are a conspicuous component of Brazilian cave-fauna.
