Description[1]Edit

Ocular tubercle as long as broad, as high, without large thorns or teeth. Scutum on 1st to 5th area with a median longitudinal row of five low and blunt humps. Legs rather short; 1st femur much shorter than body; 2nd femur at most as long as body; number of noduli on 1st to 4th femora 0-2-0-0.

This genus is allied to Syleus, but the armature of the scutum is different.
